How much does a bread cost?: Food for taught

In NZ the minimum cost of bread weighing 600 grams is one dollar and seventy cents. ( One NZ dollar is about RS 70) about 129 Rs. In Pakistan it costs  about Rs 40. What does it costs elsewhere and why is the cost difference? .
PS there are any types of bread Multi grain etc which costs more, about 4 NZ dollars we are not talking about that.

Departmental Store worth benchmarking

I was looking at the design of PackNsave departmental store in Hamilton . The distance between the aisles is about 10 feet. The distance between the major aisle is about 25 feet. There is a Taste station where customers are offered new cooked item to taste. This we can adopt. Further there is now self help pay system where you can pay yourself without going into cashier track.
 Interesting Sign in the store: Cutting Food Cost is our  job #1. Can we use it

Countdown is one of the big departmental store in NZ. I was searching where does prawn come from. I could see only Thailand Tag.Others may like to join the club
